We are a successful not for profit aged care provider, offering comprehensive range of services from residential aged care, independent retirement living, home support and home care services. We currently have a full-time and part-time positions available for experienced Registered Nurses to support our Residential Aged Care facility in the Barossa Valley. The opportunity: Reporting to the Clinical Services Manager, the primary purpose ofthe registered nurse is to provide quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring that care and services are provided to promote optimum independence and support decisions made by our residents. Responsibilities: Ensure that residents are receiving safe and effective personal and clinical care that is best practice, tailored to meet the resident''s needs, optimising their health and wellbeing. Effective oversight of the Enrolled Nurses and Care workforce in the implementation of care plans, including medication management. Identify and implement timely and appropriate referrals to other organisations, allied health professionals and providers of other care and services as required. Essential Criteria: Registration with APHRA and current practising certificate.
