We''re looking for someone to run our multi-head embroidery machines. You''ll be putting names, logos, and designs onto apparel, teddies, and textiles. Here''s the thing: this is focused, repetitive work. If that sounds boring to you, this probably isn''t the right role. But if you actually like doing one thing well, over and over. What You''ll Be Doing Setting up jobs Getting the artwork digitised so the stitch path makes sense Hooping garments We''re fussy about this, and you''ll need to be too Choosing materials Picking the right backing, needle, and thread for each job Keeping things running Running the machines and fixing thread breaks when they happen Making sure it looks good Quality matters, and you''ll be the one making sure it shows Packing and quality control Assisting when needed during busy periods What You''ll Need Some embroidery experience Machine or hand, we''re flexible Hatch or Wilcom experience This is a real plus if you''ve used it Patience and steady hands You''ll need both The right mindset Someone who likes doing one thing well, over and over Training Don''t worry if you''re new to this. All training is provided in-house by our team. We''ll teach you everything you need to know to get started and keep you up to speed as you go.
