Key Responsibilities: Perform a comprehensive range of beauty therapies, including professional facials, skin analysis, and specialized skin care treatments. Execute advanced beauty services such as lash lifts, brow lamination, tinting, and body waxing. Provide high-quality nail treatments (manicures, pedicures, and acrylic/gel enhancements) as part of a holistic beauty service offering. Conduct personalized skin consultations, recommending tailored treatment plans and professional-grade skincare products. Maintain rigorous sterilization and hygiene protocols in accordance with WA Health regulations and industry standards. Manage appointment scheduling and provide exceptional aftercare advice to ensure long-term client satisfaction. Requirements: Minimum 4+ years of proven experience. Technical Proficiency: Must be skilled in facials, skincare analysis, and advanced beauty services (essential). Supplementary Skills: Expertise in specialized nail services (SNS, Acrylic, Gel) is highly regarded. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
