Sales Admin and Receptionist at LJ Hooker Surfers Paradise Do you have a passion for real estate and helping people? LJ Hooker Surfers Paradise is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our high performing sales team. LJ Hooker has been a trusted and highly regarded real estate brand for over 90 years, and we are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. As our dedicated Sales Administration, you will be responsible for providing administrative and marketing support to our sales team. Reporting to the Principal, your duties will include: Assist the sales team with essential admin tasks, including document preparation and listing management; Prepare and process sales contracts and listing agreements; Handle client inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service; Database management of campaigns and client communication Assisting in the creation and implementation of marketing, social media, and PR strategies to grow brand awareness and generate sales leads for the office Greeting and welcoming visitors in a friendly and professional manner Coordinating appointments and meetings for staff members Assisting with general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying Providing general administrative support to the sales team, including booking marketing services, maintaining sales compliance and general contract administration Managing communication with clients on behalf of the sales team Upholding the LJ Hooker values of Passion, Persistence, Integrity, Innovation, Knowledge and Teamwork To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 1 year of experience in a sales administrator or relevant role Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work autonomously, multitask, plan, and manage priorities to meet deadlines Strong verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and social media accounts for marketing Experience using customer relationship management software is an advantage A Certificate III or higher in Business Administration is desired, but not Excellent verbal and written communication skills A Certificate IV or higher in Property is required Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds A professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality At LJ Hooker Surfers Paradise, we value our employees and are committed to helping them grow and develop in their careers.
