Key Responsibilities As a labourer you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, supporting the efficient production of metal components. Your key responsibilities will include: Operating machinery and equipment to produce metal parts according to specifications Conducting quality inspections to ensure product accuracy and consistency Assisting in the setup and maintenance of machinery, tools and equipment Handling raw materials and utilising appropriate techniques for material preparation Collaborating with team members to optimise workflow and meet production targets Following safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a secure working environment Requirements Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial environment preferred but not essential Basic knowledge of metal working processes and tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Excellent team work and communication skills Physical stamina and ability to handle repetitive tasks Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Must have forklift license and experience with manual labour.
