$95,000 - $110,000 Per Annum + Superannuation Additional $5000 Sign-on Bonus Additional annual KPI Bonus (of up to circa 5%-10% of annual salary) Position OverviewAn opportunity is available for a Nurse Lead to join our GP Practice in Wyoming, NSW in a permanent capacity. This position is responsible for guiding the nursing team, overseeing clinical operations, and ensuring patients consistently receive safe, high-quality care. You will partner with the Practice Manager to streamline workflows within the Treatment Room and foster a strong, capable clinical team. What Youll Be Doing Supervise and coordinate the nursing team, promoting a positive and productive work environment Monitor and support the delivery of clinical services to maintain quality, safety, and efficiency Develop team capability through ongoing coaching, training, and performance support Oversee Treatment Room operations, including staffing, workflow management, and compliance with clinical standards Assist GPs with care planning activities such as health assessments and patient reviews Contribute to the operational and financial performance of the practice in collaboration with the Practice Manager What Youll Bring Previous experience leading or supervising healthcare teams Current registration as a Nurse, with experience in general practice or acute care environments Strong planning and organisational abilities, with attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-focused mindset A supportive, approachable leadership style and a genuine interest in team development Employee Benefits Additional annual Bonus based on KPIs throughout the year (Circa 5%-10% of annual salary) Additional $5000 sign-on bonus Discounts to Health Insurance, Dental Fees and Gym Membership About the OrganisationYoull be joining a purpose-led organisation that values its people and supports professional growth through ongoing learning and internal career opportunities.
