Goodwin Aged Care is seeking an experienced Business Analyst Process Transformation Partner to play a key role in delivering strategic transformation initiatives aligned to our Strategic Roadmap (20262031). This is a specialist role within our Transformation Office, suited to a highly analytical professional with deep expertise in process improvement, business analysis, and enterprise transformation. About the Role Working as part of a multi-disciplinary Transformation Delivery Team, you will translate strategic priorities into practical, scalable solutions. You will lead process analysis, requirements definition, and solution design, ensuring initiatives are grounded in operational realities and deliver measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives through structured analysis Lead current-state and future-state process mapping across complex environments Identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for optimisation and standardisation Elicit and define clear business and functional requirements Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders across all levels of the organisation Support implementation, change impact assessment, and post-implementation optimisation Contribute to enterprise-wide transformation standards, tools, and methodologies About You Proven experience as a Business Analyst within transformation or improvement programs Strong expertise in process analysis and continuous improvement methodologies Ability to translate complex problems into structured, actionable insights Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks (desirable) Experience in regulated or service-based environments (advantageous) Why Join Goodwin?
