Located on the Gold Coast at Varsity Lakes, Camerons Kitchen is a fast-growing e-commerce business that produces fresh, restaurant quality, ready-to-eat meals and delivers to the Gold Coast and Brisbane regions. This production kitchen operates Monday to Friday day shift hours which offers great family friendly working hours, with no split shift or weekend work. We are currently looking for a Kitchen Hand (Food Process worker Level 2) to work in our well-organized kitchen, in a steady and productive work environment. We are looking for candidates who have: Experience cleaning dishes and equipment in commercial kitchens. Strong work ethic. Full working rights. Good communication skills. Experience working in a busy and fast paced environment. The capability and desire to work in a clean and hygienic workplace. Possess good teamwork, as well as autonomously working skills. Great attention to detail. This position advertised is on a Casual basis, working on average 30+ hours per week. Standard work times will be Monday to Thursday, 7.30am - 4pm, with occasionally a short shift on Fridays. (3-4 hours) Tasks for this position include: Cleaning pots, trays and other kitchen equipment. General cleaning duties around a commercial kitchen environment. Simple food prep tasks. Occasionally helping with food plating under supervision.
