With over 50 years of experience in the agriculture automation industry, MAF RODA AGROBOTIC has specialised in developing and producing turnkey conveyor lines for grading, electronically sorting and packaging fresh fruits and vegetables. MAF Oceania is part of the MAF RODA group, with the head office based in Western Victoria, Bacchus Marsh. Due to our growing customer base, the MAF Oceaniateam now requiresa fitter & turnerto help with the workload and capitalise on all opportunities presenting themselves to our company. Primary duties & responsibilities: Interpreting detailed shop drawings Working both autonomously and within a team Machining, including manual lathe and mill operation. General fitting and turning Not limited to machining only but when required, assisting other departments including, fabrication, assembly and installation. Skills and Characteristics: Mechanical knowledge Ability to work as a team member Good communication and documentation skills Essential: Provide own tools Forklift Licence preferable Full Drivers Licence Salary is negotiable depending on experience
