We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our growing team in Darwin, NT. which will also involve remote work in the NT. Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations from project initiation to handover, ensuring all work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Lead site teams by promoting a safety-first culture. Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, subcontractors, and the project management team. Coordinate site activities, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards and contractual requirements. Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards throughout the construction process. Skills & Qualifications: Experience in the construction building industry is essential, trade certificate is desirable. Ability to read and understand building plans. Senior First Aid Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills to keep projects on track. Proficiency in construction management software and other relevant tools. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure. *Please note that you will need to have full working rights.
