As a Postie, you will be responsible for sorting, handling, and delivering mail and parcels to residential and commercial addresses in a designated area. This role involves both physical activity and customer interaction, requiring a strong work ethic, punctuality, and a professional attitude. Duties and Responsibilities: Sort mail and parcels daily in preparation for delivery. Deliver letters, parcels, and registered items efficiently and accurately. Operate delivery vehicles such as bicycles, motorbikes, or vans depending on the route. Maintain accurate delivery records and scan items where required. Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries. Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a positive manner. Report undeliverable items, address issues, or safety concerns to supervisors. Follow all safety procedures, especially when operating vehicles or handling heavy items.
