Overview Looking for a 1st, 2nd or 3rd year apprentice to complete a 4year (or relevant balance) Apprenticeship in Landscape Construction. Work is throughout metropolitan Sydney and on residential sites. You will learn to work on new properties and renovations. Duties include retaining walls paving pergolas fencing pool areas stonemasonry building and renovating new gardens use of excavation machinery (full training provided) Skills you will learn engineering carpentry bricklaying fencing concreting stonemasonry planting lighting Some experience with hand and power tools would be ideal. Drivers Licence (Ps) or working towards is highly preferred, white card required, own transport preferred but can obtain a lift from Penrith. Must have good math, willing to learn and able to take instruction. Successful applicant will be well presented with good communication skills and be fit for physical work. Hours Monday Friday 7am 3.30pm. Some overtime may be required. Australian Training company is a Group Training Organisation employing apprentices and trainees then placing them with host employers.
