Role OverviewReporting to the Manager Water Project Delivery, you will take ownership of a portfolio of highvalue, complex water and sewer capital works projects. This handson delivery leadership role focuses on driving project outcomes, managing commercial risk, and overseeing contractors, not a coordination or administrative position.ResponsibilitiesLead endtoend delivery of major water and sewer infrastructure projectsManage projects through design, procurement, contract administration and constructionAct as Superintendent or Superintendents RepresentativeManage Tier 1 / Tier 2 contractors, consultants and key stakeholdersDrive performance across cost, time, quality and riskLead commercial aspects including variations, claims and contract negotiationsEnsure projects are practical, constructible and delivered to a high standardQualifications / ExperienceOperated at a senior project management level over a sustained periodDelivered large, complex infrastructure projects (ideally water/sewer)Worked within a contractor or consultancy environment on major capital worksConfident managing highvalue contracts, including variations and commercial riskSeeking a role focused on endtoend project deliveryBenefitsWe are committed to the growth of our employees and have a range of benefits available to support wellbeing and career development.Salary range: circa $119,620 $143,500 p.a. plus superannuation, negotiated with successful candidateVehicle arrangement: leaseback vehicle for a yearly fee of 20% of the gross purchase price, fully maintained for both business and private use without additional expenses in normal useCivil liability allowance of 3.5%LocationThis position will be based at our Administration Centre in Yalawanyi Ganya at 2 Biripi Way, Taree.
