Resthaven Murray Bridge Residential Services are seeking a Coordinator of Hospitality Services for a Full-time role. About the opportunity: Reporting to the Site Manager, you are responsible for ensuring a quality hospitality service is provided to residents by developing and monitoring work practice standards that focus on quality outcomes and continuous improvement including: Ensuring the provision of quality hospitality service meals to residents, maintaining compliance with food safety standards Participating in the development of your site''s budget requests and monitoring expenditure, with effective and efficient use of resource Coordinating provision of cleaning services and maintenance in accordance with required standard Coordination of housekeeping staff and duties Ensuring current knowledge of legislation, work practice and contemporary hospitality practices Full Time role About you: Experience in hospitality services coordination (aged care experience preferred) Proven ability to coordinate and lead diverse teams Solid knowledge of food safety legislation and compliance Strong leadership experience with excellent people skills Experience in stock control and ordering processes Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing competing demands Previous housekeeping management experience in aged care or hospitality (preferred but not essential) The benefits to you: Access to salary packaging to increase your take home pay Four free physiotherapy treatments per financial year Be part of a richly diverse and inclusive community where everyone''s uniqueness is valued Flexible and supportive team environment with excellent induction to the role If you live our values of trust, dignity and respect, open the door to a meaningful career with Resthaven.
