Multi-Skilled Roller Operator / Plant Operator Norseman, Australia | Posted on 04/29/2026 We are seeking an experienced and safety-driven Multi-SkilledRoller Operator / Plant Operator to support the delivery of the NorsemanIntersection Upgrade. This role is ideal for operators looking to build experience within a well established crew. Requirements Operate compaction equipment safely across all earthworks stages Carry out compaction of: Embankment layers Subgrade and basecourse materials Support civil works including: Embankment foundation preparation Load, secure, and transport plant using float/low-loader (where licensed) Conduct daily pre-starts and basic maintenance Ensure compaction meets project specifications and quality standards Work collaboratively with supervisors, surveyors, and crew members Maintain strict adherence to WHS and environmental requirements Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience in civil earthworks projects in WA Proven ability operating rollers (smooth drum, padfoot, multi tyre) Understanding of compaction standards and pavement construction Experience assisting with drainage and culvert works Ability to read and follow site plans and instructions Strong work ethic and commitment to safety Qualifications & Licenses (Mandatory) Construction White Card Valid Drivers License (HR preferred) VOC (Verification of Competency) for relevant plant Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screeninghas? wrong tag Confined Space certification Competitivehourly rates Stable,locally based work Opportunityto work on key regional infrastructure projects Supportiveteam environment with strong safety culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
