You have the option to work from our Horsley or Nowra office location.As an Exercise Physiologist (part-time) youll be a valued member of our growing restorative care team, working closely with an experienced multi-disciplinary team to provide individualised EP services to people within the community.* This is a fulfilling role where youll have the autonomy to structure your day and be provided with a broad and varied caseload.* The role will include client home visits and group activities across a range of settings (in-home rehabilitation or clinic-based).* Delivering person-centred care in an environment that promotes continuous quality improvement consistent with the values of HammondCare and AHPRA.* Manage clinical issues, ensuring client care needs are met and escalated appropriately.* Liaise with relevant health professionals to provide comprehensive care services.* Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology, including current Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA) Accreditation. and practical experience, or sound knowledge in a Rehabilitation or Aged Care setting.
