Locations: Canberra, ACT | Morwell, VIC | Kyneton, VIC | Dubbo, NSW Employment Type: Full-time Remuneration: $150k - $200k + Super + Salary Packaging (not every location) About the Role These roles are responsible for the full operational leadership of residential aged care homes, with accountability for clinical governance, financial performance, workforce management and regulatory compliance. You will lead established multidisciplinary teams while ensuring high standards of care, resident experience and accreditation outcomes. Key Responsibilities End-to-end facility operations including staffing, budgeting and occupancy performance Oversight of clinical governance and compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards Driving culture, staff engagement and leadership capability within the home Managing KPIs across quality, financial and operational metrics Building strong relationships with residents, families and the broader community About You Previous experience as a Manager within Residential Aged Care (essential) Strong understanding of accreditation, compliance and regulatory requirements Demonstrated financial and workforce management capability Ability to relocate within the next 6-8 weeks.
