Our catering solutions not only keep our own clients well nourished, but also other care homes, commercial operations, and a number of Meals on Wheels organisations. Our 1000 sqm commercial kitchen combines topoftherange equipment with a fully trained team of catering professionals to produce over 600,000 meals per year. We currently have casual opportunities for reliable and motivated individuals to work as aCatering Assistant in our commercial catering team based in Malaga. You will assist the general preparation and provision of highquality meals whilst ensuring a clean, sanitary, and wellmaintained environment. Typical hours of work are between 6am 2pm with occasional work between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Free onsite parking To be suitable for this role, you will have: Previous experience in a large food production facility/commercial kitchen (preferred) Previous experience in a manufacturing or processing environment (preferred) Knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety guidelines and recording food safety temperatures Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences Demonstrated ability to prioritise and coordinate work schedules to meet changing requirements, work effectively under pressure, problem solve and meet deadlines.
