Healthcare Assistant - Part Time - Radius Care Exceptional People Exceptional Care Radius Care is a New Zealand owned and operated company; we specialise in health and aged care for the elderly and disabled. Currently we have 24 locations nationwide, employing over 1800 staff and providing professional aged care for more than 1700 residents. We are one of the leading health care providers in New Zealand. Hours of Work Part-time, 20 hours per week (40 hours per fortnight), over a rotating 24/7 roster. Note: Radius Care cannot support work visas/visa changes for part-time HCAs. Visa-holders must have a current visa with open work rights and preferably at least 6 months left until expiry. Pay Rate Subject to completed recognized caregiving qualifications. About the Role Provide exceptional care to our residents under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families. Work closely with a team to implement our individual care plans. Full training provided. Responsibilities Undertake personal cares while encouraging residents to make decisions that promote independence. Promptly complete delegated tasks in a timely manner. Respond quickly to resident requests, providing them with useful, relevant information. Maintain and update resident healthcare records. Assist with handover of residents at shift changes.
