OverviewAccounts Officer Accounts Payable is a role within our finance team reporting to the Finance Manager. This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in accounts payable and bank reconciliations, who can work independently while contributing to the wider finance team.ResponsibilitiesProcess accounts payable and supplier invoicesPerform bank reconciliationsOwn and manage assigned accounts payable tasks with attention to detail and timelinessCollaborate with the Finance Manager and the finance teamQualifications & AttributesSolid experience in accounts payable and bank reconciliationsExcellent attention to detail and strong time managementAbility to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to new systemsReliability, honesty, and an adaptable approachKnowledge of the dairy industry desirable but not essential (training provided)Right to work in New ZealandPre-employment screening includes drug and alcohol test and criminal background checkAbout the EmployerNew Zealands largest dairy farmer Dairy Holdings is focused on People, Process and Pasture.
