Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Educational Counselor at our Sydney, NSW office. The Educational Counselor will guide students in exploring educational opportunities, provide career counseling, and assist with enrollment processes. Responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of educational programs, collaborating with institutions, advising students on their options, and ensuring they receive personalized guidance throughout their journey. The role involves fostering strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients. Qualifications Proficiency in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to guide students effectively Skills in Career Counseling and the ability to align students'' aspirations with practical opportunities Knowledge of the Education system, including courses, institutions, and visa processes Ability to work on-site and collaborate with a professional team in Sydney, NSW Understanding of Australian visa and migration processes is a plus Bachelor''s degree in Education, Counseling, or related field preferred Experience as an educational consultant, student counselor, or in a related role is highly desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
