About the Role Were seeking a proactive Production Administrator to provide administration and operational support to our Australian Pioneer Pistachio Company (APPC) site. Working closely with the Production Manager, QA Manager, Maintenance Manager and General Manager Operations, youll help keep day-to-day systems running smoothly, with a strong focus on safety, compliance, training and documentation. Our business is expanding and presents an exciting opportunity and future. Key responsibilities Review and update company and site procedures (including version control). Develop and maintain work instructions, SOPs and risk assessments (as directed). Maintain WHS and training records, reports and compliance documentation. Coordinate training course requests and competency assessment paperwork. Maintain maintenance administration, including entering work orders/requests into the MEX Maintenance System. Support site administration, particularly during peak periods. What youll bring Administration and/or production support experience (ideally within a manufacturing/processing environment). Strong organisation skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities. A proactive, collaborative approach and confidence working with multiple stakeholders. Ability to maintain accurate records and support WHS, training and compliance requirements. Comfort using systems for document control and maintenance administration (experience with MEX desirable).
