This is a hybrid role working from our Sydney branch office in Yennora and from home. The Client Coordination Consultant fulltime permanent role is primarily responsible for ensuring the end to end management of moving clients personal household goods, which is executed through efficient administration, document control and system maintenance. Responsibilities Deliver superior customer service by addressing client enquiries and coordinating relocation service bookings. Ensure accurate invoicing and timely receipt of invoice payments for services rendered. Foster professional and effective relationships with clients, Kent Sales & Operations team members. Resolve customer service issues and escalate when necessary. About You Ideally you will have experience in managing delivery of services to clients in a fast paced environment. You will have demonstrated success in managing client expectations in a service delivery environment, and an ability to develop strong client and inter departmental relationships quickly. Qualifications Advanced computer skills Strong communication skills verbal, written Ability to prioritise workloads and meet timelines, whilst working under minimal supervision Demonstrate a track record of managing client expectations in a service delivery environment Exhibit strong client relationship-building skills, particularly over the phone Showcase problem-solving abilities and an exceptional eye for detail Display excellent communication skills within a business environment Possess sound financial knowledge and invoicing experience Experience with travel, accommodation, or related booking schedules is advantageous At least with 2 years experience in a similar role in a medium to large-size Company You may not fit the requirements 100% but thats ok, we focus on training and development.
