About the Opportunity Joining the team on a full-time permanent basis, this role plays a key part in powering smooth and efficient e-commerce operations. It manages live reporting tools and the Wynshop platform, ensuring stores are set up and maintained seamlessly. The role collaborates with the Metcash Retail Technology team to coordinate store builds and retailer activations, supports product data accuracy, and troubleshoots Point of Sale issues. It also provides handson support during order processing and fulfillment, especially during hypercare periods, and ensures reliable integration with thirdparty delivery providers to maintain a high standard of service.
