Achieve Something Great This role in the Cardiology Unit offers a powerful opportunity to make a real and lasting difference by supporting patients and families through complex, highacuity cardiac care. Care for patients recovering from complex cardiac and thoracic surgeries and those undergoing advanced interventional procedures. Deliver safe, precise and compassionate nursing care in a fastpaced, highacuity clinical environment. Work collaboratively within a highly skilled multidisciplinary team where teamwork and communication are essential. Build and strengthen advanced clinical skills while managing complex patient needs. Support patients and families through critical stages of their health journey, making a meaningful impact every shift. Are You the Right Fit? You are a skilled and compassionate nurse who brings strong clinical expertise, clear communication and a commitment to delivering highquality, evidencebased care in a fastpaced cardiology environment. Recent clinical experience in cardiology, cardiothoracic or acute care settings, with the ability to manage complex, highacuity patients. Strong communication skills that support effective collaboration with patients, families and multidisciplinary team members. Demonstrated critical thinking and problemsolving skills, enabling confident decisionmaking in dynamic clinical situations. Commitment to evidencebased practice, continuous improvement and maintaining high standards of clinical care. A collaborative mindset and genuine motivation to contribute meaningfully to a multidisciplinary team dedicated to excellence.
