The Role Reporting to the ICT Applications Team Lead, we are seeking a Software Engineer with ServiceNow Admin and/or Power Automate experience to support our ServiceNow Delivery function. This role offers the opportunity to build customer-focused solutions, work with stakeholders, and deliver end-to-end projects while developing new technical skills. Key Responsibilities Deliver application enhancements using ServiceNow and Power Automate Analyse business requirements and define solutions within scope, budget, and timelines Develop and implement customer-centric solutions Collaborate with business analysts and project managers Communicate technical concepts to varied audiences Document, present, and support solutions Provide ongoing application support About You 12 years experience with ServiceNow and/or Power Automate Degree in IT or related field Knowledge of SDLC and application development Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, CSS, JSON (or similar) Exposure to ServiceNow configuration (forms, workflows, integrations) Understanding of Microsoft technologies, cloud concepts, ITSM/BPM Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team Desirable ServiceNow certifications (Admin/Advanced Admin) Experience with SQL, Service Portal, Service Catalogues, and ITSM modules Why Join Us?
