About The Opportunity As Enerven continues to grow its renewables and infrastructure pipeline in South Australia, we are connecting with experienced construction delivery professionals who are ready to lead projects through delivery. These opportunities are anticipated to support major BESS and wind projects, delivering Balance of Plant (BOP) civil and electrical works, from early development through to construction and commissioning. Projects are expected to involve site-based delivery environments, working closely with contractors, engineers and project teams to safely deliver complex infrastructure scopes. Depending on project timing and awards, multiple roles may become available. Depending on the project phase, you will: Lead development works and tendering phases for large-scale renewable projects Transition projects into commercial management and delivery post-contract award Provide strong leadership across safety, quality, risk, cost, schedule and governance Manage internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors and delivery partners Build and lead high-performing project teams in site-based environments Contribute to a safe, productive and collaborative team culture About You You may currently be working as a: Senior Project Engineer Project Engineer Project Manager Construction Manager or an emerging Project Manager within a Tier 1 contractor or infrastructure delivery organisation. You will bring experience delivering complex construction projects in sectors such as: energy and utilities renewables mining infrastructure major construction transport or civil infrastructure You are comfortable working in site-based environments, managing contractors and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful project outcomes. Exposure to renewable energy or electrical infrastructure projects such as substations, BESS, wind or transmission is highly regarded but not essential.
