OverviewAt Waves WA, we deliver Positive Behaviour Support that is neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, and genuinely person-centred. We are a values-driven organisation that intentionally moves away from compliance-based or behaviour-control models.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced PBS Practitioner (Core level or above) to support participants across the Greater Perth metropolitan region and Mandurah area. This role suits someone who is confident in assessment and plan development, able to work autonomously, and strongly aligned with neuro-affirming and trauma-informed practice.What We OfferAt Waves, we believe people do their best work when they feel supported, trusted, and able to work in ways that suit their life and nervous system.We are not a traditional 95 provider. Our practitioners shape their calendars in ways that work for them and the people they support.
