In this position you will lead and coordinate teams across multiple sites to ensure operational excellence, financial sustainability, and the delivery of high-quality services aligned with genUs Social Enterprise strategy. What youll do Direct and oversee the day-to-day operations of genU Grounds Maintenance, Landcare and Nursery teams across Western Australia ensuring efficient and effective service delivery; Proactively identify, engage and drive new business opportunities; Develop comprehensive production and work schedules; Implement and enforce genU OH&S policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for all employees; Manage fleet, assets, maintenance and utilisation of all vehicles, machinery, and equipment, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards; Assist in the development of annual budgets and pricing reviews, working closely with the Social Enterprise Manager. What youll bring Proven experience in Managing large scale teams across multiple sites; A background in landscape and horticulture is essential; and experience with property maintenance highly desirable; Demonstrated experience managing operational teams within public gardens and landscaping or a similar commercial environment. Understanding of Quality Assurance systems and OH&S regulations; Competent computer skills (Word, excel, outlook and company databases and applications); (Youll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate but dont worry, well help guide you through this.)
