Job Description Join us this harvest season and be part of Australias cotton industry! We have multiple casual opportunities available at our Gin Sites and Warehouses, supporting the smooth and efficient processing, storage, and distribution of cotton and related products. These roles are located around Regional Australia. Whether youre assisting in the gin with processing and sorting cotton, or in the warehouse with receival, packing, and storage of cotton bales, cottonseed, and grain, youll play a handson role in keeping our operations running safely and efficiently. Key responsibilities Operate machinery and equipment safely (where licensed/competent) Assist with cotton processing, storage, and packing activities Perform general labour, cleaning, and yard duties Complete equipment checks and report hazards or incidents Maintain high safety, hygiene, and quality control standards Support team members and contribute to smooth site operations Attend and complete site training requirements Qualifications What Were Looking For Previous machinery or mobile plant experience (advantageous but not essential) Willingness to work flexible hours during harvest season Reliable team players with a strong work ethic Strong commitment to Safety Time management skills and the ability to complete tasks within a set time frame Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE Positive attitude and readiness to learn Flexible and adaptable attitude Good communication skills Must be open to completing a preemployment medical check Diversity & Inclusion LDC is driven by a set of shared values and high ethical standards, with diversity and inclusion being part of our DNA.
