What youll be doingAs a Conference & Events Sales Executive, youll play a key role in growing our events portfolio and ensuring every experience runs seamlessly from enquiry to execution. Youll be responsible for:Converting incoming conference and events enquiries into confirmed business, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targetsProactively identifying opportunities to increase revenue, yield and conversion across all event enquiriesManaging the events diary to optimise space, timing and revenue outcomesApplying a confident and consistent upselling approach to maximise value for both the client and the businessBuilding strong, trusted relationships with clients by understanding their objectives and tailoring solutions to suitHosting hotel site inspections and show rounds to showcase our spaces and capabilitiesCoordinating the endtoend administration and seamless execution of events, ensuring every detail is coveredSupporting and participating in hotel promotional activities and sales initiativesWhat youll love about this roleYoull be part of a collaborative, highenergy team where initiative is encouraged, performance is recognised, and no two days are the same.
