The Job Were currently on the hunt for a Sales & Production Coordinator to join our Val Morgan Cinema Local Direct Team. As a Coordinator you will assist the Team with general administration and the coordination of advertising campaigns (pre- and postsale activities). You will also assist in the production of exciting and highquality cinema ads for direct clients. We provide great training to help you settle in the role. While no two days are the same, your daytoday duties will include: Creation and trafficking of ads to get them to screen on time and budget Coordinating and managing creative assets, e.g. organising photoshoots, collecting ad elements, communicating production needs etc. Market research on the advertising industry including clients and competitors Scheduling, coordinating and reporting of campaign instalments Correct forecasting of ad status from conception to trafficking to screen Handle client enquiries via email and phone General administration, organisation and responses to enquiries Who are we looking for? It goes without saying youll be a top performer and creative thinker. You are a highly tenacious and focused individual with a hunger to get things done. This is a role suitable for someone looking to progress within the Media Industry and would be suitable for graduates.
