The Role Were Looking for Experienced Frontend Supervisors! Are you a seasoned leader ready to take the next step in your career? At Spudshed, were seeking an experienced supervisor to join our team and make a meaningful impact. This role includes a tailored training program, designed to enhance your existing skills and prepare you for success in a Frontend Supervisor role. Once training is complete, youll transition seamlessly into the Frontend Supervisor position, where youll thrive in a fast-paced environment, lead by example, and help train and develop a high-performing team. Your leadership will be key in creating a welcoming and engaging experience for both our customers and employees. Casual to Permanent Role Responsibilities Frontend Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to: Supervise the daily operations of the checkout area, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the checkout area. Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and effective manner. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations. Manage cash handling, ensuring accuracy in till operations and balancing at the end of shifts. Support management with inventory checks and restocking as needed. Assist with roster and ensuring appropriate staffing levels for peak times. Skills & Experience Strong leader and team builder. Organised and task oriented. Must be available to work weekends. To be successful in this role you must be customer focused and passionate about maintaining an excellent department standard.
