In this role, you will work with Client Managers and Client Executives across varied portfolios of national and multinational corporate clients, ensuring seamless support to both internal and external stakeholders and upholding the highest standards of service delivery. Aon is looking for a candidate with experience in the construction industry, who is passionate about developing an insurance career and committed to delivering excellence in client service.This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home and from our Aon office.What The Day Will Look LikeYour day will be busy with a focus on client servicing, which will be the key to your success!ResponsibilitiesProvide administration support to our Account Brokers regarding client insurance and risk needs.Engage in communication with clients through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to support their insurance requirements.Participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal activities including drafting quotations, endorsements, certificates of currency, cancellations, and creating renewal reports.Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner.Attend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims, and other insurance broking duties.Manage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives, and Client Managers.Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service.How This Opportunity Is DifferentAs an Aon colleague, you will never be limited by your job title.
