Clinical Nurse Advisor (0.6 FTE) | Victoria & WA Location: Field-based (VIC focus with travel to WA) Company: A. Menarini Australia Division: Customer Execution The Opportunity A. Menarini Australia is seeking a Clinical Nurse Advisor to serve as a critical clinical resource for our high-dose IV iron portfolio, specifically Monofer. This is a non-promotional, field-based role dedicated to ensuring HCPs have the clinical confidence to deliver IV iron safely for the treatment of ID and IDA. This position is a 0.6 FTE part-time opportunity. While based in Victoria, the role requires extensive travel within the state territory and periodic travel to Western Australia. Key Responsibilities Training Execution: Coordinate and deliver clinical education to diverse HCP groups on the practical application and safety of HD IV iron. Patient Outcomes: Up-skill nursing staff to increase confidence and minimise incidences of adverse events. Strategic Support: Serve as a subject matter expert for infusion clinics and hospitals to optimise evidence-based clinical practices. Resource Creation: Co-develop patient and nurse-specific support tools to enhance the quality of care. Governance: Ensure all activities strictly follow internal SOPs and pharmacovigilance protocols. Required Requisites Licensing: Current active registration as a Registered Nurse (RN). Clinical Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency and working knowledge of infusion medicines. Communication: Highly articulate and confident presenter capable of translating complex clinical data. Mobility: Ability to undertake extensive travel within the state territory and interstate. Previous experience within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry. Clinical background in anaemia and iron deficiency management. Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) A.
