Head of Futures and Pathways The Head of Futures and Pathways is a member of the School Improvement Team of the College. This role collaborates with the Vice Principal, Deputy Principals, Assistant Deputy Principals, and other Heads of Learning Area to ensure the College is best preparing students for their future endeavours. Responsibilities Work in collaboration with senior school leaders to develop and implement Futures and Pathways strategies. Provide educational leadership focused on Catholic identity, strong academic leadership, relationship building and administrative expertise. Engage staff in implementing the Colleges Vision and Mission. Plan, coordinate and evaluate initiatives that support students preparation for tertiary, vocational and employment pathways. Qualifications and Requirements Current registration as a teacher with the Teacher Registration Board of WA (TRBWA). Working with Children Check (or eligibility to obtain one upon appointment). Experience in educational leadership, curriculum design or student support in a Catholic or coeducational setting is preferred. Strong commitment to the Catholic ethos and inclusive education.
