Monadelphous is seeking an experienced E&I Superintendent to join our Engineering Construction division, supporting the delivery of a major mining and minerals project in Western Australia. This key site leadership role will oversee E&I construction activities across a large-scale project, working closely with SMP teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery. The role will commence in the Perth office from mid/late June, transitioning to site mid/late August on a 2:1 FIFO roster. Candidates may be based in any major Australian capital city. Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, including: 2:1 FIFO roster with competitive remuneration and site uplift FIFO from any major Australian capital city Long-term career opportunities within a growing business Strong safety and wellbeing-focused culture Opportunity to work on a major, multi-discipline project Key Responsibilities Provide leadership, mentoring, and direction to E&I crews and frontline supervisors Plan, coordinate, and oversee E&I construction activities to meet project schedules and productivity targets Promote and enforce a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all HSE policies and procedures Monitor work practices and coach personnel to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards Coordinate labour, materials, and equipment to optimise project delivery Work closely with Project Engineers and other discipline Superintendents to ensure alignment across SMP and E&I scopes Liaise with client representatives to provide progress updates and resolve technical or delivery issues Monitor performance and manage workforce issues in line with company procedures Ensure all works are completed in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and quality requirements What Youll Bring Electrical trade qualification with a current WA Electrical Licence Proven experience as an E&I Superintendent on large-scale mining, minerals, or major construction projects Strong background working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams Strong understanding of E&I construction, installation, and commissioning activities Commitment to safety leadership and promoting a positive safety culture Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Proven ability to deliver projects on time and to a high standard Proactive, motivated, and outcomes-driven mindset Ability to work a 2:1 FIFO roster Valid right to work in Australia Equal Employment Opportunity Were committed to hiring locally, encouraging people of all diverse backgrounds to apply and strongly encouraging women and First Nations people to submit an application. #J-18808-Ljbffr
