Your responsibilities include coordinating comprehensive nursing interventions through assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation, maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in electronic systems, communicating effectively with patients, carers and multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to continuity of care. You will supervise and delegate tasks to Enrolled Nurses and Assistants, engage in clinical supervision, quality improvement, and ongoing professional development, and adhere to NSW Health and South Eastern Sydney Local Health District policies. Each year it cares for more than 70,000 patients in the Emergency Department and around 50,000 admissions to inpatient units. The hospital offers an outpatient service, rural outreach service and provides more than 900,000 occasions of nonadmitted patient care each year, including virtual models of care. Selection Criteria Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse/Midwife. Demonstrated recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse that applies to a Coronary Care clinical setting. Highlevel written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to identify key messages, issues and concerns when communicating with others. Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team and apply professional and ethical boundaries when dealing with complex situations. Current computer skills and proven ability to use health information systems. Demonstrated ability to advocate for and implement personcentred practice.
