About the role The Portfolio Manager Education Learning Support manages the development and delivery of training programs and services in the Education & Learning Support Portfolio. The position also undertakes business development, identifies new opportunities and builds strong and effective relationships with stakeholders to meet their diverse training needs. Contributes to College strategic and business plans, supports the Colleges values, and promotes a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Manages human, physical and financial resources relevant to the Portfolio. To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience in leading teams, come from a management or training delivery background; with a focus on innovation, achieving outstanding results whilst building productive relationships with stakeholders and possess substantial functional knowledge in the areas of planning, managing and implementing training delivery.
