In this exciting role, youll play a key part in building vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable tennis communities by engaging with stakeholders, promoting safe and welcoming participation opportunities, and bringing the regional tennis plans to life.As the bridge between local clubs, players, and the wider tennis community, youll have the chance to make a real impact, helping more people discover and enjoy tennis, while shaping pathways that will keep them playing for years to come. This role will cover a territory including South metro as well as Wheatbelt southIn this role you will be responsible for:* Build strong relationships with clubs, coaches, and associations to support, influence, and drive participation growth across the region.* Collaborate with Tennis Australia (TA) and Member Association (MA) stakeholders to deliver Tennis Wests strategic priorities and Game On outcomes.* Support the development of the digital presence of clubs and associations by leveraging internal tools, resources, and applications to grow their marketing capabilities.* Promote and support the delivery of complementary racquet sports (Padel, Pickleball, POP Tennis) across WAs club and local government venue network.* Partner with the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Lead to embed inclusive programs within local clubs and coaching initiatives.* Work alongside Schools & Pathways Officers to encourage schools to adopt national tennis programs and actively participate in competitions.**About you**To be successful in this role you will:* Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and communicate effectively across diverse groups.* Confident with digital tools (Microsoft Suite, databases, marketing platforms), adaptable to new technologies, and experienced in managing competing priorities under pressure.* Genuine enthusiasm for tennis and community sport, with a commitment to growing participation and living the values of Tennis West.* A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently or as part of a team, contributing positively to a respectful, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture* Strong knowledge of Tennis and introductory coaching qualifications and/or relevant sport officiating qualifications (desirable)* Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current **Police Check** and **Working with Children Check*** Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis West* Career development with a range of formal education and on the job training opportunities* Monthly wellbeing activities and recognition through our Serving Your Success program* Salary packaging & a range of discounts from our sponsorship partners**To Apply**If you think youre up to the challenge, wed love to hear from you!
