We work closely with experts in the field such as Geriatricians and Clinical Nurse Specialists to ensure a high level of care is provided.Our residents are supported by multidisciplinary Medical, Nursing and Allied Health staff, as well as a broad Corporate and Hotel services team.Garrawarra Centre is located just south of Waterfall on the outskirts of the Royal National Park, near the Garrawarra State Conservation Area, which provides beautiful natural surroundings for residents, families/carers and staff to enjoy. Due to the location, the facility is not accessible by public transport, however free on-site parking is available.Where you''ll be workingGarrawarra Centre is a 104 bed Dementia Specific Residential Aged Care Facility located in the tranquil setting of Garrawarra State Conservation Area, Waterfall. This position offers the opportunity to lead with confidence, provide expert clinical oversight, and foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and excellence in care.
