Project Coordinator Location Parramatta Employment type Temporary Full-Time, 35 hours per week Grade Clerk Grade 7/8 Salary $113,574 pa - $125,720 pa plus employers contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading Your roleThe Project Coordinator is a high-impact role supporting the successful delivery of strategic projects from initiation to completion. Working alongside the Project and Program Manager, youll coordinate key activities, monitor progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. This is an opportunity to bring structure, momentum, and collaboration to meaningful initiatives that drive real resultsWhat youll doAn exciting opportunity exists for a highly organised and motivated Project Coordinator to join the Major Digital and ICT Programs team within the Information and Digital Services division.This role will primarily support the Youth Justice Technology Enabled Transformation program, delivering the new Enhanced Case Hub and Organisation System (ECHOS) to replace CIMS, alongside broader technology and business change initiatives. Opportunities may also arise to contribute across other strategic ICT programs.Key responsibilities include: Coordinating project activities to ensure delivery on time, within budget and scope Preparing high-quality reports, briefs and maintaining project documentation Monitoring milestones, tracking risks and identifying emerging issues Engaging stakeholders and supporting working groups and consultations Conducting research and analysis to inform decision-making This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to impactful digital transformation initiatives that deliver meaningful outcomes.What were looking forWe are seeking a motivated professional to coordinate complex ICT programs and drive meaningful outcomes.
