Where you''ll be working Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital What You''ll Be Doing This is an administrative role within Outpatient Services across Hornsby Hospital campus to support a busy outpatient environment that provides multidisciplinary therapies and specialist clinics. This role assists in maintaining an efficient workflow in a high demand service. The position is responsible for a range of administrative functions, such as meeting and greeting clients, answering general enquiries, directing enquiries to appropriate person/place, taking and relaying messages, responding to emails, updating patient information in eMR, reporting service events, referral processing, registering/discharging patients in eMR, scheduling and rescheduling appointments and other tasks associated with the service. Candidates Will Need To Meet The Following Criteria Sound organisational skills, effective time management, ability to problem solve and can perform under pressure.
