Support Officer, Global Mobility Programs The Support Officer, Global Mobility Programs is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to enable the effective operation of UTS exchange and short programs at UTS and internationally. Responsibilities Supporting delivery of a diverse range of study options across UTS Autumn, Spring and other sessions, working with faculties and internal teams. Ensuring timely processing of applications, assessments, offers and visa documentation for applicants and partners. Assisting in planning and delivering global awareness campaigns, including scheduling information sessions and using channels such as web, social media, newsletters and learning platforms to drive awareness and conversions. Supporting UTS Orientation, student events and activities (oncampus and virtual) to enhance student experience, wellbeing, safety and awareness of key information. Supporting the development and strengthening of relationships with internal UTS teams, faculties, exchange partners, agents and thirdparty providers to enable Global Mobility Programs. Assisting with effective use of systems including Canvas, email, social media and databases (Moveon4, CASS, PRISMS) to support program delivery and best practice operations. Providing student advising and application support through rostered service centre shifts (or virtual channels), events and shared inboxes. Key Selection Criteria Demonstrated experience providing highquality administrative support in an international education, student administration or similar environment, including managing applications, documentation, deadlines and accurate recordkeeping in line with policies and procedures. Strong studentcentred service orientation, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with inbound students from diverse cultural backgrounds, and to provide timely advice and support throughout application, offer, enrolment and arrival stages. Experience working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, such as academic or professional staff, partner institutions or agents, to support the smooth delivery of inbound programs and positive student experiences. Welldeveloped digital and systems capability, including confidence using student databases, CRM or application systems, and online platforms (e.g. PRISMS, student systems, email and web tools), with attention to accuracy, compliance and process improvement. An understanding of or strong interest in global mobility or international education, including awareness of compliance requirements, risk considerations and the importance of pastoral care and student wellbeing for international cohorts. Salary & Benefits Base Salary Range: $83,906 $95,989 pa (HEW 5). This role attracts 17% superannuation in addition to the base salary.
