Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, person-centred care using evidence-informed practice. Work across a broad scope, strengthening clinical judgement and confidence. Support care planning, clinical pathways, and evaluation. Practice in alignment with NSQHS standards. Collaborate closely within a multidisciplinary team.
