Underground Production Coordinator (Foreperson) Location: Granny Smith - Laverton, WA, AU, 6440 Company: Gold Fields Group Services (Pty) Ltd FIFO from Perth | 8:6 even-time roster at Granny Smith gold mine Drive underground operational excellence, performance and safety Leadership opportunity with a leading owner-operator gold producer The Opportunity As the Underground Production Coordinator (Foreperson), youll be responsible for coordinating daily underground production at Granny Smith gold mine, ensuring alignment with the mine plan whilst maintaining stringent safety standards. Youll lead and mentor a team of Underground Production Supervisors, providing direction, support, and fostering a culture of safety and accountability to ensure achievement of production targets. Reporting to the Unit Manager Underground Mining, this is a pivotal leadership role where your ability to influence, plan, and problemsolve is critical to success. What youll be doing: Leading and mentoring Underground Production Supervisors and crews Coordinating underground production planning and driving performance inline with the mine plan Ensuring strict compliance with safety standards, procedures, and statutory requirements Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives Fostering a strong safety culture of care, respect and accountability Building strong relationships and collaborating with technical services, maintenance, contractors and business partners to optimise operations What youll bring: Proven leadership experience in underground gold mining (at Coordinator/Foreperson or Supervisor level) Strong understanding of underground mining methods and production cycles Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership and building highperforming teams Excellent communication, planning, and decisionmaking skills Confidence and competency in Microsoft Word and Excel Schedule 26 (S26) Statutory Supervisor Certificate. WA Underground Supervisors Certificate. Valid manual C Class Drivers Licence and WA Dangerous Goods Security Card Whats on Offer?
