About You Located in or near Horsley Park Prior experience in a supervisor role Prior experience within the Distribution & logistcs Industry is highly desirable Valid Forklift license Ability to work from the Horsley Park site full time MonFri 6am3pm What You Will Need To Join Us Full and Unrestricted Australian working rights we do not offer visa sponsorship Valid Police Check Valid forklift license Valid Drivers Licence Willingness and ability to undertake daily manual handling Successful completion of preemployment medical Why you will LOVE working at Knauf Australia! $37 per hour + super + allowances 14 weeks parental leave (primary carer) Yearly pay review Access to discounts on health insurance, gym memberships, Qantas lounge, novated leasing and trade discounts Career development and training opportunities Free onsite parking About The Role As a Shift Supervisor, you will have the responsibility for managing staff on your allocated shift and ensuring that operational targets are consistently achieved. This role requires strong leadership, organisational skills, and a commitment to operational excellence. Some Tasks As Part Of This Role Include Supporting the training and development of new team members to ensure they understand and deliver our high standards of customer service and safety Managing stocktake / inventory counts process to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained Recording and reporting any customer complaints to the Trade Stores Manager regarding product and/or service via Knauf''s complaint and customer procedures Picking & packing customer orders Maintaining operational equipment and reporting any faults or damage to management Accountable for continuous improvement at the site Occupational Health & Safety and preventative maintenance Assisting in analysing KPI and stockkeeping data, identifying issues, and preparing reports for resolution and action About Us Knauf is one of the worlds leading manufacturers of modern insulation materials, gypsum wallboard systems, plasters and accessories, thermal insulation composite systems, floor screed, floor systems, and construction equipment and tools.
