Hang 10 Distillery Are Hiring A Bar Supervisor Job Hang 10 are a distillery and a brewery (under the Half Pace name) in Sydney''s Northern Beaches. Theyre looking for a bar supervisor to play a key role in their tightknit business. Job Description: Bar Supervisor Start date: mid-December 2025 or January 2026 Location: Hang 10 Distillery, Warriewood (Northern Beaches, Sydney) Were on the lookout for a new Bar Supervisor to join our crew. If you love craft spirits, cocktails, beer, and being part of a growing distillery + brewery, wed love to hear from you. We''re offering part-time hours Thursday to Saturday, with potential for more as we grow. ABOUT THE ROLE Youll be responsible for running our bar and leading the team during opening hours. This is a handson role for someone who loves making great drinks and enjoys guiding a small team. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Overseeing daytoday bar operations (ThuSat) Leading, training, and supporting the team Making exceptional cocktails and ensuring drink quality and consistency Taking orders, engaging with customers, creating a great atmosphere Opening & closing the venue independently Keeping the bar stocked, tidy, and beautifully presented Delegating tasks and maintaining high standards across the venue Helping develop drinks, specials, and guest experience ideas Supporting stock management, keg changes, and inventory Being the responsible person in the venue when open to the public WERE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO: Has leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality Is confident behind the bar and has strong cocktailmaking skills Brings good energy, good communication, and good judgment Can maintain consistency, quality, and professionalism Loves working with craft spirits and beer Is reliable, organised, clean, and takes initiative Can stay calm under pressure and proactive during quiet periods BONUS IF YOU: Have experience in a distillery, brewery, or craft venue Are interested in the production side (brewing, distilling, ingredients)Want to grow with us as the business expands REQUIREMENTS Valid RSA 23 years hospitality experience Supervisory or leadership experience WHAT WE OFFER Discounted meals & beverages Opportunities to grow across different areas of the business A chance to shape the bar vibe and be part of a creative small business WHO WE ARE Hang 10 Distillery is a small, familyrun craft distillery and taproom on Sydneys Northern Beaches, inspired by surf culture, community and sustainability.
