You may assist with a range of tasks pertaining to household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance and transport to name a few. You will also develop genuine connections with your clients and help them live their best possible lives. To Support You in Your Role We offer a comprehensive orientation program including buddy shifts Youll have direct access to a dedicated supervisor to support you Youll be provided with a mobile phone to access emails, rosters and client care plans Access to a dedicated learning and development team to support your ongoing professional development and career pathways Earn $32.86/hr (unqualified) - $34.59/hr (qualified) plus superannuation per hour + paid travel time and mileage between clients To support our team with rising fuel costs, were offering a temporary mileage reimbursement rate of $1.04 per km, in addition to paid travel time. What Do We Need From You? You will have an unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle with minimum ThirdParty Property Damage Insurance to transport clients.
