Speak to our Talent Acquisition or People & Culture team to learn more.We are seeking a Site Administrator who is a team player to join our Macquarie Park Bus Depot project team onsite and provide key administrative support. Working closely with Transport for NSW this project will accommodate approx. 150 battery electric buses, supporting public transport services to the lower North Shore and Northwest suburbs of Sydney, stretching to Chatswood and Parramatta. The project scope includes construction of electric bus charging stations, wash bay, maintenance workshop plus administration building. This multi-million dollar project will provide essential infrastructure to Northwest suburbs of Sydney.This role is vital to our project in ensuring we delivering to our client needs as well as being compliant. We will look to you in maintaining accurate record keeping to ensure management have immediate access to relevant records at all times. You will also:* Assist with accounts payable/receivable, processing orders and preparing invoices;* Process daily dockets and working with project engineers ensuring actual cost is accurate;* Assist Project Finance Manager with month end duties as required;* Manage various office duties including answering incoming calls, ordering stationery, office equipment supplies, and uniforms and keeping stock records;* Effectively maintain all project registers and files;* Providing general administration support to the project working groups.To be successful in this role you will have previous experience as a Site or Finance Administrator preferably having worked in a construction based environment. Your proactive attitude, ability to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders and the ability to work as part of a team or independently will set you up for success in this role. High attention to detail and a strong work ethic will enable you to efficiently deliver key outcomes for the team.
